Going to the dark side

OK, so I have been working on Macs for about 20 years. I absolutely hate PC's, I love that term "Personal Computer", like you might mistake that for the Cray I have in my basement.

Well, it looks like I will have to declare detente in my mistrust and avarice toward the wintel monopoly. It seems that I need one to program my microprocessor for my first Physical Computing projects.

So I am trying to sort the repair of my wife's old toshiba laptop. But does anyone actually repair computers anymore? I call CompUSA, but nobody answers the phone there. So couple that with the fact that I need a new watch and you can see that I need to get myself on track today!

This is the Watch that I will probably pick up through Amazon, it is cheap and with my record of watch abuse will last at least long enough to misplace.
